MOVEMENT SPECIALIST
Ali C. Peker
NKT PRACTITIONER · MYOTHERAPIST · PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Ali’s journey began on the court — a professional career in handball and basketball whose early end became not a setback, but the starting point of a deep expertise in the human body. He did not treat his injuries as limitations; he treated them as the most rigorous curriculum he would ever undertake.
Today, Ali brings over seven years of international clinical experience — across Turkey, the United Kingdom, and Canada — to build something more than recovery: a conscious, powerful reconnection between body and self. That philosophy is the foundation of MASOMA.

BACKGROUND
A Career Built from the Inside Out
Ali’s academic foundation was laid at the Faculty of Fine Arts, where he studied anatomy and plastic arts — a beginning that gave him an artist’s eye for the body alongside a scientist’s rigour. He deepened this with a specialisation in physical education at Anadolu University’s Faculty of Sports Sciences.
Invited by the Turkish Republic Ministry of Sports, Ali has served as a board member and speaker at European Union – HIS Federation events, bringing his clinical perspective to international policy platforms. His time in London yielded IAF collaborations and advanced training in Sports Injuries & Rehabilitation (C.S.I.R), lifting his clinical standards to an international benchmark.
He maintains professional ties with PhysioNeed Academy and continues one-on-one work with a distinguished client portfolio in Toronto and Jeddah — while also conducting volunteer work with elderly individuals seeking greater independence and sustainable wellbeing.

PHILOSOPHY
How Ali Thinks About the Body
Injury as Gateway
Ali’s path began not in a clinic, but on the court. A professional career in handball and basketball — cut short by injury — became the foundation of his expertise. He did not see those injuries as limitations; he saw them as invitations to understand the human body at a depth conventional medicine never reached.
Integrated Movement Science
Neurokinetic Therapy, myotherapy, fascial stretch therapy, biomechanics, and clinical Pilates are not separate tools in Ali’s practice — they are a single, unified language. Every session draws on the full spectrum: identifying root dysfunction at the motor control level, then rebuilding movement from a stable, lasting foundation.
From Elite to Everyday
From sedentary individuals to elite athletes, from chronic pain sufferers to performance-focused executives — Ali’s approach adapts completely. Neuromuscular rehabilitation, psychosomatic pain management, and performance optimisation are all addressed with the same principle: entirely bespoke, never generic.
“Movement is the language through which the body expresses what words cannot reach. My role is simply to help you listen.”
