OUR STORY

Seven Years of
Integrated Practice

MASOMA began with a simple conviction: that sustainable wellness requires the integration of neuroscience, movement science, fascial therapy, and clinical psychology — not as parallel tracks, but as one continuous practice.

OUR STORY

Born from Personal Practice

Every MASOMA practitioner arrived here through their own healing journey. We are not theorists — we are practitioners who have experienced the limitations of conventional care and sought something more complete. That search became MASOMA.

Founded in Toronto, we now serve clients aged 7 to 95, from professional athletes to chronic pain sufferers, from anxiety patients to executives seeking performance longevity. The common thread: every person who walks through our door deserves to be seen as a whole.

BEGIN YOUR JOURNEY

“We treat the body as the primary narrator. It holds every story the mind has tried to forget — and it is infinitely wiser than we give it credit for.”

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Our Values

01

Wholeness

We treat the whole person—body, nervous system, emotion, and history. Not a symptom, not a diagnosis.

02

Science

Every technique we use is grounded in peer-reviewed research. We update our practice as the evidence evolves.

03

Personalisation

No two bodies are the same. No two programs should be either. We assess before we prescribe.

04

Collective Wisdom

Our disciplines talk to each other. A kinesiologist and a psychologist in the same room see more than either alone.
